If you don’t have a button on your page yet, you’ll see a “Add Button” option, like below 👇

Note: if you already have button active on your page but it doesn’t say “send message”, select “edit button” and follow the steps below.

A pop up will appear, select the arrow to open the drop down under “Contact You” 👇

Select “Send Message” 👇

Click next, and select “Messenger” under Step 2.

Leads can reach out to your chatbot directly from Facebook. Remember after they hit the button they will see your Messenger Greeting. The lead can they hit the “Get Started” button, where they will receive your Welcome Message.
